so lindsey lohan got sentenced to 90 days in jail yesterday, 30 days for violation of probation, 30 days for her first dui and another 30 days for her second dui. she was actually supposed to surrender yesterday but the judge let her have 2 weeks to get her affairs in order. but here’s the thing, although i do feel bad for her, because believe it or not 90 days is actually pretty extreme for a probation violation, she had the words ‘f*ck u’ written on her very nicely done nails…so if that was the lesson she was trying to tell the judge, it looks like she was the one that was getting f-ed in the end.

Rapper Plies has revealed that he has canceled his performance at this year’s VH1 Hip-Hop Honors, which will honor the south.

Plies was originally announced as one of the performers slated to performing during the evening, but has backed out due to a scheduling conflict as he promotes his upcoming fourth album, Goon Affiliated.

“I had to make a choice between personally meeting with my fans during my album promo tour or performing at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors and the choice was easy -fans come first,” Plies told AllHipHop.com in a statement.

Plies promised to make the missed date up to fans when he launches his nationwide tour to support Goon Affiliated, which is due in stores June 8th.

The VH1 2010 Hip Hop Honors “The Dirty South” is taping tonight (June 3rd) and is scheduled to air on Monday (June 7th) at 9:00 PM EST on VH1.

The estate of the late DJ AM has filed a lawsuit against YTK Investments, claiming the company is illegally exploiting his name and ownership in another company for other business dealings.

DJ AM’s estate owns a part of the popular LAX/Las Palmas Nightclub in Las Vegas.

According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, YTK is attempting to misappropriate the portion of the company owned by the estate.

Additionally, the lawsuit claims YTK Investments is illegally using DJ AM’s name to sell securities in a venture called Orange Manor.

DJ AM, born Adam Goldstein, died of a drug overdose in New York in August of 2009, after surviving a plane crash with musician Travis Barker in 2008

Mark-Paul Gosselaar’s rep confirmed rumors this afternoon that the Saved by the Bell star has separated from his wife, Lisa Ann Russell, after 14 year of marriage and two children. His rep released this statement:

“They both remain focused on their family and are jointly committed to their children.”

Maybe they can still work things out! Separated isn’t divorced. Maybe there is hope for you, Zach Attack!

What a mystery!

Entertainment Tonight interviewed Gary Coleman’s Diff’rent Strokes co-star Todd Bridges and he revealed that Gary not only recently had open-heart surgery, but he also had a some secret last wishes!

Here are some HIGHlights from Todd’s interview, airing tonight!

On the good times they had together:

“We had an exceptional time as kids. We always had fun in our dressing rooms, we’d always roller skate together around [the studio lot], we always hung out… we went to school together. He was a precocious, fun little kid that was very bright for his age.”

On Gary’s behavior as an adult:

“Imagine having major health problems. Imagine getting ripped off of all your money. Imagine being raised in a household where he wasn’t taught how to love himself or to love others around him. So when he hit the world at an adult age, he wasn’t prepared.”

On Gary’s open-heart surgery:

“Physically, he wasn’t in great shape. He had a valve replaced, and people didn’t know that.”

On Gary’s last wishes:

“[A friend of mine and I] have paperwork, and we’ll bring it out soon, that will show what his wishes were and what he wanted. There’s a big fight going on with his parents and some other people involved, and after we bring this paperwork out, everybody’s going to shut up.

“Gary had certain wishes [excluding his parents]. I’m not going to go against a dying man’s wishes. … There’s a reason why he didn’t speak to them for 23 years.”

Sounds intense!

Even though he hadn’t spoken to them in years, Gary Coleman’s parents are seeking custody of their son’s body.

His former manager, Victor Perillo, claims that Gary’s parents, Sue and Wille Coleman, are the legal custodians of his body because he was divorced from his wife, Shannon Price. They want to bury him in his hometown of Zion, Illinois.

His parents said they intended to reconcile with Gary before his death but learned about his hospitalization only from the media.

Perillo said:

“The arrangement we’re working on now is to get Gary back to his next of kin, which is his parents. The funeral home has been notified, the sheriff’s office, we’ve notified them that there is to be no communication on where the body is to go unless its dealt with legally with Gary’s next of kin, and that’s the way it stands right now.”

We hope that’s what Gary would have wanted.

After her conservatorship status hearing in El Lay on Thursday, Britney Spears learned that she still has no control over her finances. Her father, Jamie Spears, remains in charge of her $$$$.

A source claims:

“It seems highly unlikely that the conservatorship will end by the end of summer. Britney’s just not ready, yet. Britney has complex issues that on a personal and professional level and that is the reason the conservatorship is still in place.”

Yikes!

L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz kept the conservatorship in tact, along with sealing Brit Brit’s medical and financial records. He also approved Jamie’s $235,570 in attorney fees and $124,714 for conservator Andrew Wallett’s law firm.

Britney’s attorney said that she didn’t object to paying any $$$$$. “She has strongly opted of those decisions,” said the lawyer regarding any fees.

The next hearing is scheduled for July 27th.

Chamillionaire had his Houston mansion repossessed by the bank after it went into foreclosure, but the rapper claims it was a calculated business decision.

He bought the 7,583 sq. foot home in 2006 for $2 million, but failed to make several payments.

The rapper said that he “decided to let that house go” because the real estate market had turned, leaving the house as a bad investment. Chamillionare also noted that he was never at the home.

“I was always on the road touring,” he said. “I just didn’t feel like it was a good business investment to pay that much mortgage for a house I was never at. I still got all the cars.”

It could just be us, but wouldn’t it have been a better business decision to sell and not eff up your credit for all eternity?!

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony group member Bizzy Bone has joined the cast of Dr. Drew’s VH1 reality show, Celebrity Rehab.

According to TMZ.com, Bizzy will appear on the show to battle his longtime addictions to alcohol and marijuana.

The rapper, born Byron McCane, will join a cast that so features former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler and Tila Tequila, who will be treated for an addiction to prescription pills.

According to reports, the show may not make it to television, because of a lack of participation from celebrities for this season.

In September of 2003, Bizzy Bone was kicked out of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony after missing a string of appearances due to his addiction to drugs and alcohol.

“When they put me out of the group, not only did they put me out, they said I was unreasonable, I couldn’t be worked with, I was an alcoholic and a drug addict,” Bizzy Bone told AllHipHop.com in 2004. “So therefore I couldn’t do any business with anyone else, and everybody was scared to do business with me.”

No air date was available for Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Rapper Nas has teamed with guitar legend Carlos Santana on a remake of AC/DC’s classic track “Back in Black.”

Other artists featured on Santana’s upcoming album include Chris Cornell, who remakes “Whole Lotta Love” by Led Zeppelin and Joe Cocker, who takes on Jimi Hendrix’s “Little Wing.”

Ray Manzarek of The Doors covers the group’s song “Riders on the Storm” and Nas is will be featured on the updated version of “Back in Black.”

“I paid special attention to the groove so the females would get completely aroused,” Santana told Rolling Stone in an interview.

Santana has experienced success with his collaborations with rappers.

In 1999, Wyclef and The Product G&B hit big with Santana on the song “Maria, Maria” from the album Supernatural.

Other collaborations include “Do You Like the Way” featuring Lauryn Hill and Cee-Lo.

Additionally, former Rhyme Syndicate/House of Pain member Everlast experienced success with Santana on the track “Put Your Lights On” from Supernatural, which has sold over 15 million copies.

Rapper/director Ice Cube has confirmed that he is in the process of bringing the story of pioneering rap group N.W.A. to the big screen.

Ice Cube has directed blockbuster’s like Friday, The Players Club, Barbershop and most recently the documentary Straight Outta L.A.

He revealed that he is working with Eazy-E’s widow Tomica Woods-Wright and super producer Dr. Dre to bring the N.W.A. movie to theaters.

“I think that’s the ultimate when it comes to the tribute with the group and what the group meant to the world,” Ice Cube told AllHipHop.com. “Hopefully we will bring it to the big screen.”

Ice Cube shot down reports of an N.W.A. reunion because “everyone has put that legacy to bed” and nixed the idea of a ever collaborating with his former group, Westside Connection.

“I aint really thinking in that direction right now. I Am the West, that’s coming out July 13th, so that’s what it’s about right now,” Ice Cube told AllHipHop.com.

Ice Cube continues to have a close relationship with N.W.A. founding member Dr. Dre, who produced N.W.A.‘s landmark 1988 album, Straight Outta Compton.

Cube revealed that he recently recorded a track for Dr. Dre’s Detox album.

“Dre is a master. What’s cool about working with Dre is he stays the same. Everyone else change and trip, but I remember working with Dre back when we just in the garage. Just the two of us. And he works the same way. Don’t come up with an empty palette, bring a lot of ideas to the plate.”

Ice Cube confirmed that Dr. Dre is working hard to complete his album Detox, which will reportedly be released this Fall.

“He’s making a great record. I’m on it. I’m proud to be, I can’t wait to get back to L.A. to get back in the studio with him. I’m trying to get a few tracks for my record I Am The West that’s coming out in July.”

It was earlier reported that Hulk Hogan had severe back pain and pals were unsure whether or not he would ever wrestle again.

But reports are saying now that he’s recovering well and has returned home after a successful spinal surgery earlier this week.

Sources say he underwent a four-hour operation to remove bone growths that had come loose from his spine, which was causing the wrestler’s severe pain.

Ouch! That sounds painful!

According to wrestling legend Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan is currently dealing with intense back pain that could keep him from ever going back into the ring.

Flair, who is also a member of the TNA Wrestling roster with Hogan, is hoping that his one time rival will overcome his injury, saying:

“His heart is in the ring but he has health issues and at this point in time they are overwhelming. His back has been really bad. He’s got an artificial knee, an artificial hip, which don’t bother him at all. But his back is causing everything to hurt.

Hopefully, when he gets his back fixed he’ll be fine. We might still see him in the ring if his health issues get resolved. I respect him immensely but on some things we agree to disagree. It’s the business.”

Ke$ha’s former managers DAS Communications want a piece of that stinky pie now that she’s all famous and stuff.

The managers are saying that they were by her side when she was an up-and-comer in 2006, but she pushed them out when songwriter Dr. Luke came into the picture.

Her lawyer, Charles Ortner, however, is calling bullshizz, saying their agreement allowed her leave if they didn’t line up a deal for her – which they didn’t.

DAS says that Dr. Luke interfered with their arrangement and “induced, intimidated and convinced Ke$ha” to cut ties with them.

They’re seeking more than $14 million in damages from her and $12 million from Dr. Luke.

Ortner says:

“This lawsuit seeks to require her to pay him commissions on her RCA/Jive record deal that he had nothing to do with, long after she terminated him in writing.”

Sounds totally shady of the former managers!

Big surprise, Spencer Pratt is a controlling freak.

Heidi Montag is saying that she left Spencer because he was isolating her from her friends and family.

Well, that’s what happens when you and your husband call the cops on your own mother!

She’s also complaining that he’s sabotaging her so-called acting career because no one wants to deal with her “loose cannon of a husband.”

And get this, Heidi has already lined up a new reality show that will follow her and pal Jennifer Bunney as they live the single life in a rented Malibu beach house.

Bunney says, “Heidi has spent so much time with Spencer and now she wants to be able to spend more time with herself and friendships.”

This sounds like the most boring show ever!

Bret Michaels had people talking last night as he made his return to the stage at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, MS.

An audience member said “I figured he’d be wobbly and sitting on a stool. But he was energetic, running around the stage with his guitar.” They also commented that it was like watching a Poison show “years ago.”

And more surprisingly, right before he performed his classic tune Every Rose Has Its Thorn, he told the crowd:

“I can’t say this is true yet, cause I don’t know. Next year they asked me to possibly be the judge on American Idol.”

What do U think? Could he be the next Simon Cowell?
