Tha Bizness’ Dow Jones recently gave his opinion on Lil Wayne’s forthcoming Tha Carter IV album and said it will change people’s lives.

According to the hitmaker, Wayne out-performs his Grammy-winning Carter III on the new album.

Carter IV’s gonna change your life,” Dow Jones said in an interview. “Wayne is gonna change your life. That’s all I’m gonna tell you. Be ready for that. It’s something you’ve never seen before. It’s incredible. When we finally heard a couple of the joints he did, we were just like, ‘Man.’ We thought Carter III was incredible and he took it a couple of steps up. One thing about Wayne, he’s a workaholic. There’s very few people we’ve been in the studio with that work harder than him aside from T-Pain, Wayne’s probably there…Carter IV was before he went to jail — as soon as he gets out, it’s time to cook it back up. He’s got so many records. He’ll do maybe an album’s worth of stuff in a day. You’ll never know how much Wayne’s gonna do.” (Rap-Up)

Producer Street Runner recently said Wayne’s Carter IV will have a soulful vibe.

“I did a really dope joint for the ladies with a soulful sample track that has a feature on the hook,” he revealed in an interview. “I don’t want to go into to many details about the record cause someinternet monster might find it and try to leak it. I got another record that my dude wrote the hook on that almost feels like a Jay-Z “What More Can I Say” type track. I think I got 1 other record that’s pending along with those two so I just gotta see what’s up. I will say Weezy is spitting that sh*t over my tracks and they are 100% Hip Hop…I heard a few joints… It’s definitely what the fans want. He’s just rapping and going hard on it. I think I heard maybe one rocked out track but the majority was rap/Hip Hop tracks. It should be another classic.”

Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne will reportedly shave off four months from his one-year jail sentence as new reports suggest he will depart Rikers Island this fall.  According to reports, Weezy F. Baby is set to come home by early November.

This week, Wayne released a letter to fans detailing his daily routine behind bars.

“So I’ve been writing and let me be the first to tell you that the lyrics that I’m writing are… well there’s no word that I can think of that properly defines them. Amazing would be too typical and perfect would be unfair. I listen to the radio sometimes, emphasis on sometimes, and I hear the new music. I like some. I applaud my Young Money family for what they’re doing. As I’m not surprised. This is what we’re supposed to do. Congrats to Drake and Nicki for all their recent success. Those 2 are going to have me retiring early. I love my team. Much love to Tez and Mack. I know that people are inquisitive of what I do all day, so here goes. I wake up around 11AM. Have some coffee. Call my kids, and my wonderful mother. I then shower up. Read fan mail. Have lunch. Back on the phone. Read a book or write some thoughts down. Have dinner. Phone. Pushups. Then I listen to ESPN on the radio. Read the bible, then sleep. That’s my day.”

Doesn’t sound like a hard prison term at all!!!

The-Dream spent his weekend in the arms of a woman other than his wife Christina Milian. The singer-songwriter was seen getting friendly with a mystery woman on the beaches of the Caribbean without his wife or wedding ring. Milian, who gave birth to the couple’s daughter Violet in February, didn’t address the photos directly, but she did tweet earlier this morning: “WHATEVER YOU THINK.. BELIEVE IT.” It wasn’t long ago that The-Dream and Christina were spotted enjoying their own island vacation together.

According to hiphopwired.com, Lil Boosie appeared in court today for his initial hearing regarding his first-degree murder charges. Lasting roughly 2 minutes, the Baton Rouge, Louisiana MC plead not guilty as his lawyer Marcus Allen reiterated to local television news WAFB, “He’s not guilty. I think he’s absolutely not guilty. I think he meant what he said. He’s absolutely not guilty. We’re just going to prepare for his defense and get ready to address the charges.” With the murder case pending as well as drug charges, District Attorney Hillar Moore stated, “I’d rather wait for the evidence to speak as to what happened. He’s got several different cases, so it depends on which one you’re talking about. He also has the introduction of the drugs into the prison and obviously, he’s presumed innocent at this point.” As previously reported, the 27-year-old rapper and two men, Michael Louding and Adrian Pittman, who were also charged with first degree murder, fired shots into Terry Boyd’s home killing him and allegedly were in possession of ecstasy, codeine and marijuana. Boosie, whose real name is Torrence Hatch, could face the death penalty if convicted and is due back in court in October.
