We’ve all googled Kate Middleton’s royal wedding dress by now, seen it, and approved it. (I have heard no complaints, how about you?) But the real story of the day is this hat! What business does this chick have wearing a hat like this? Because then idiots like me have to blog about it. ;) It totally upstages the bride to wear a ridiculous hat like this! Don’t you think? Or does this hat just say sister has been smoking something? Maybe the royals get high. If they do, I think this counts as evidence! ~Heather

(And I am talking about the chick on the right if there’s any doubts. I chose not to post her name to protect the innocent).

“Blast,” the controversial alcoholic beverage from Pabst Brewing Co. and promoted by hip hop star Snoop Dogg, is facing some heavy fire.

The drink, a 23 oz. fruity concoction with 12 percent alcohol by volume (over three times the alcoholic content of beer), has already drawn the ire of watchdog groups and some politicians for targeting children with its marketing. Now, in the most powerful condemnation of Blast, a strongly worded letter signed by 17 state attorneys general urges Pabst to “end production and sale” of the drink.

Spearheaded by Maryland Attorney General Douglas Gansler, the letter describes the sugary drinks as a “binge-in-a-can” and is co-signed by attorneys general from California, Illinois, Arizona, Ohio, Washington and 11 other states.

The drink is sold in colorful cans and comes in flavors like strawberry-lemonade and grape. Defending Snoop’s promotion of Blast, which includes a YouTube video, ads and posters, Darren Metropoulos, co-owner of Pabst, previously called the drink “a part of [Snoop's] lifestyle.”

Responding to the letter, Pabst’s head of marketing, Jon Sayer, told CNN, “Blast is only meant to be consumed by those above legal drinking age. As with all Pabst products, our marketing efforts for Blast are focused on conveying the message of drinking responsibly.”

Snoop has yet to respond to the controversy.

According to Young Money president Mack Maine, Wayne is still putting his final touches on the album.

“He’s still perfecting a few things, he’s a perfectionist … changing a few lines,” Mack Maine said of Wayne’s recording process. “We also have a huge record that wasn’t done yet. We’re in L.A. right now. We have a little studio time and it should be done probably by Monday.”

Alright, I’ve got a beef. I like 50 cent just fine. His old stuff isn’t terrible and I’m sure his new stuff will be passable. As a person, he seems like he would be alright.
I felt that way until I heard this rumor. The word on the web is that 50 cent is going to sign Jersey Shores, Pauly D, to a three record CD deal. If you aren’t familiar with Jersey Shore, Pauly D is the orange one who wears tight shirts and impossible to like. It seems 50 Cent is trying to become relevant again for something other than really inappropriate tweets about Japan.

“Wave will hit 8am them crazy white boys gonna try to go surfing.”
- 50 Cent

It’s ironic that 50 is offering Pauly this deal, because that’s roughly how much I’d be willing to pay for one of their “Frisbees”.

Full Pauly and Fifty deal HERE

Also, 50 is making it happen with a new single for yall sometime soon.

Wendy Williams’ husband Kevin Hunter has a sex tape? You decide.

One website today is claiming that that IS Wendy Williams’ husband Kevin Hunter that appears in a new footage hitting the net today. Wendy Williams is the host of the hit “Wendy Williams Experience”. Williams as covered here on LALATE several months ago has inked a multi city broadcasting deal and will be seen in Los Angeles on KTTV.

But is this her husband Kevin Hunter? It doesn’t appear to be.

However, website NecoleBitchie.com that broke the exclusive claims it is Kevin Hunter. The site provides a description of the video, and pictures, but not the video itself.
