‘I work too hard to,’ Young Money boss says in interview.

Lil Wayne works so hard that he hasn’t even had a chance to sit down and listen to the debut albums of his Young Money disciples Drake and Nicki Minaj.

“I never even heard Drake’s album, I never heard Nicki’s album, I swear to God,” Wayne admitted to Martinez. “I work too hard to. This is what we supposed to do. I’ve heard the songs. I’m always focused on something and it captures my whole attention, I can’t do nothing else.”

Lil Wayne has been busy. He just completed two sold-out performances in Long Island, is featured on the cover of Interview magazine and appears on Birdman’s new single, “Get Money,” which just hit the Internet. Wayne’s forthcoming album, Tha Carter IV, is due in stores May 16.

In an interview with New York magazine, PETA supporter Waka Flocka Flame confidently talks about his less than extraordinary lyrical skills.

“I didn’t get into rap to be no lyrical genius…A lot of people say, ‘Man, Waka Flocka ain’t go no lyrics,’ so I was like, ‘Yeah, you right!”

Though he’s fine admitting he’s no poet laureate, Flame claims there’s a “big difference between a person that got lyrics and a person that can make hit singles. I’m a person that can make some hit singles.”

What do you think? Are Waka’s lyrics wack? Vote in our poll and let us know what you think in the comments.

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada may not be much for fighting fellow cast member Tami, but she seems to be up for a battle with show execs.

According to TMZ, the future Mrs. Ochocinco is giving show producers an ultimatum: Either pay her $20,000 an episode … or she’s out.

It was last reported that Lozada threatened to leave the show. She’d become upset when she believed the producers of the show leaked sensitive information about her to another cast member in hopes of inciting a violent confrontation between the two women.

Sources close to the production tell the tabloid website that Lozada and the other girls currently pull in around $7,500 an episode—which means Lozada’s latest demand would mean a serious raise.

No word yet on the producers’ response.

SO DO YOU THINK EVELYN IS WORTH 20,000 AND EPISODE?

Charlie Sheen just tweeted that he and Snoop were in the studios working on a collaboration :

“Warlock meets his makers-music makers that is @SnoopDogg @robpatterson666 get ready to rock the Sheenius within.”

No date for their “song?” has been announced.

I’m expecting musical and lyrical greatness.

If Snoop or Sheen are reading this, if you want an instant hit, you should sample a little Rebecca Black in your joint…

Supposing your only inspiration is a calendar.

Full Story HERE.

Snoop did a little video for Air New Zealand, the airline that likes to make funny videos for its passengers. Here’s Snoop with Air New Zealand’s mascot, Rico. I’m not sure what Rico is supposed to be… But check out the video for a cute day brightener.

Looks like Rick Ross had a fun weekend!

Southern rapper Rick Ross was reportedly arrested by Louisiana police March 25 for allegedly possessing marijuana in his hotel room.

Big night for the coppers down in Shreveport, LA — rapper Rick Ross and Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Peters were both arrested last night in separate incidents. First, let’s talk about Ross — according to police, he was busted last night for possession of marijuana. Cops say they detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from his hotel room and when policeinvestigated, they spotted approximately a gram of it in plain view. (TMZ)

Rick Ross avoided an overnight stay and was later released.

Both were booked into Shreveport City Jail, summonsed, and released. William “Rick Ross” Roberts was in town to perform at the Bay Bay Birthday Bash at the Kokopellis nightclub. Peters was one of the celebrity guests.
